The book says : human life becomes optimistic and meaningful not due to abstract theories and beliefs, but to underlying sensation that all of them are wrong, and that in fact the world in organized and operates in some other way (we've no idea in which way), that it always existed and that likely will be such all the time.

The idea that the very existence of the world is a serious argument for necessity of its emergence, gave and impulse to the authors to advance a hypothesis of Emergence, which consists in solution of the issue on emergence and non-emergence of the world objects by definition in favor of the emergence, and doesn't belong to category of occasionality.
