HOW TO USE:
Read Chapter 1 to learn about the uses of the criteria. Use the bookmark tab on the left to access any chapter. Enlarge the text to suite your needs.
Read Chapter 2 and start completing your assessment plan on page 13.
Carefully read the Chapter 3 instructions.
Go to the 9004 Criteria Checklist in Chapter 5 to start the assessment. Fill-in the blank form fields as needed. If you need extra space to record observations, go to page 86.
Save your work as you go along. Select 'Save a copy', select a directory, and provide an appropriate file name.
